So, there’s good news and bad news. The good news is that it’s time for the Northern Soul Podcast. The bad news is that this is the last one in the current series.

The Podcast will be back in June in time for the festival season, replete with exclusive interviews and great tracks. In the meantime, Lucy McNamara‘s guest this week is Alison Bell, curator of the phenomenon that is Bop Local. With the slogan ‘keeping babysitters happy’, Bop Local has taken the suburbs by storm. If you haven’t been, you’re missing out. Its younger sibling Laugh Local is also going great guns.
